The error is the following:
KDevelop has methods, one for creating the part, another for creating a view 
of the part. In that second method, a reload is supposed to be done by 
opening the same url again, but the reload feature is left unimplemented in 
KDevelop. So instead of a reload, the current url is simply opened twice.

Since there's no doc that forbids opening the same url twice, and the crash 
occurs in KHTMLPart, we can't really say it's KDevelop's fault.
