hmmm.... as usual I never experienced that :-/

I fixed one problem in Qt now (Qt's timestamp got confused by kwin filtering 
out events) and added a workaround to kwin for those that use qt < 2.3.2

But the problem when _clicking_ on an inactive window is different. Here we 
do not use an ordinary mouse grab but a passive grab. Those do not even use 
timestamps. 

If this stops working on your desktop, you need to restart the X-server. It's 
not kwin's fault.
