Actually, I put them in kdelibs/kdeprint/ and kdebase/kdeprint/, but didn't
include them in the compilation process, because I needed some specific kdeprint
headers that are not installed (and I don't think it's worthy to install them
just for one IO slave).

I'm also amazed how powerful the KDE architecture is. With a few lines of code,
I could integrate easily my management widget into Konqueror.
