Agreed

Better consistency between all KDE applications, better support for basic 
features like drag and drop, better clipboard support between applications.
It is more important to get this stuff in order then to get that killer 
feature you really want to show of with.

And most importantly; creating good dialogs. For example with tabs where the 
'basic' stuff is on the first tab and more advanced stuff in on other tabs.

A good example is the panel-control module. Where the basic stuff in on the 
first tab and concequent more-difficult (and potentially frightening stuff) 
is on the last tabs.

Please read the styleguide again, and again and again.
