Well, as Kivio is in the koffice module, it is no more supposed to be a 
standalone application. It should be part of an integrated office suite
thats why you can safely assume that it will be broken from time to time
until freeze starts. Thats a quite common  thing in CVS development.

I thought Kivio 1.0 was packaged when it was released to CVS. Surely
others thought that as well and started integration and changes.

It it your belief that Kivio should stay somewhat seperate from the other
KOffice apps? Are you planning future stand-alone releases?
