with KWin::setIcons(), you can only specify two icons at the moment, a 
mini-icon and another icon. So you have to decide which size to use. Looking 
at netwm.h, you can set as many icons as you want, in any size you want. When 
asking for an icon, you specify the size you want and you get the closest 
size available. So KWin might get fixed to allow specifying three icons, 
small, medium and large. Might be a little overhead tho.
