OK, so what you're saying is that Noatun should run in two different 
modes: the normal standalone mode where it loads all the plugins the 
user wants, and a kpart mode where it loads a fixed set of plugins.

Why not just make the two modes different apps?  It's easier to 
maintain, and less bug-prone, because each codebase is aimed at doing 
one thing.
