  Everything was working fine here up to 2.1, but somehow something checked 
in after 2.1 was released is causing me big problems.  When I try to log in, 
ksplash gets to the second flashing icon and just sits there for a long time. 
 It eventually dies off but there are 5 kdeinit: processes running and two 
copies of knotify.  Here is the .xsession-errors log:

  That's where it stops.

I'm trying to start this in Xnest but I don't think that's the problem 
because I've always done this.

Anyone else experiencing this?
