Hi,

Of course kde-pr should remain private :-). But, I think having a public list
for kde promotion is a good idea; frequently I and others get requests from
people who want to help promote KDE but don't know the proper forum. KDE-pr is
suiteable for press releases but, being a closed list, is not ideal for other
types of involvement. So I have started such a list --
kde-promo@lists.kde.com. You can sign up at
http://lists.kde.com/lists/listinfo/kde-promo. The list description is:

KDE-promo is an open forum for those wishing to get involved in promoting KDE.
Anything is open for discussion and feedback, from advocating the use of KDE in
the classroom to writing KDE development articles to solicting contributions
for the KDE League.

Comments welcome.

Regards,

Dre
