This wouldn't entirely suprise me since I don't run a -STABLE box (In fact
I'm sort of a bad person to write code like that what with an SMP box that
only runs -current.. lots of things break for other people).  Anyways,
I'll forward a few questions to the bug report.  But if anyone has a 
dmesg.boot from a -stable box they'd like to send me...

This has been this way for a while, and I'm not so sure how to go about
fixing it.  I've got a couple thoughts, but none of them really please me
right now.
