Hello

Is there a special reason why Konsole uses its own file format for schemas
and keytabs? Why wasn't KConfig suitable?

It dislikes me (but I'm ready to learn and obey, if good reasons given)
because if I want to write a kcm for konsole, I have to reimplement the damn
parser in that kcm too. This appears to me as a new, modern kind of code
duplication (laborious to fix, that is).

Ah! Does sycoca require that cached files use KConfig? If yes... you get me...

Thanks for any clarifications.
