Well I'm thinking editing existing e-mail profiles shouldn't be too hard
to add to kcmemail.  But an appropiate place might be the local kdeglobals
(~/.kde/share/config/).  Then letting kmail do more advanced things like
outgoing filters and so-on.  I get this gut feeling that it would be a
good idea to provie all the options that kmail might in kcmemail... so
that configuring an email program becomes more centralized.  Perhaps kmail
could "dock" this kcontrol module instead of duplicating the code.
