You really never wrote any code saying KInstance("blah") ?
Look in the tests directory, under kdelibs, or in kioslaves.
The warning is/was for porting purposes (to get app writers to provide
an aboutdata), but should be removed, because it IS valid
to have an instance without aboutdata, as long as you don't have
an Help menu.
