That's what I have in mind too, but I'd drop the message freeze
and make that a "no new to be documented behaviour".  And adding
a 13 dec - no new translation.

I mean, the advantage is that we'll ship a new KDE before everyone
leaves for holidays and coming back we have about 2000 bugs to
close saying "yes, the SuSE 7.1 you got christmas ships KDE 2.0..." ;-)
