Hi,

there's now a test version of a system that lets you report bugs via web:

http://bugs.kde.org/frontend/

Some sanity checks are still missing, besides that it seems to work. The 
general idea is to check for duplicates before doing anything else (but 
the number of found reports is limited to 12 because users probably won't 
be patient for more). Finally, a mail to submit@bugs.kde.org is generated.

Please test and mail your suggestions (clean up your own test reports 
please if you really submit!)...
