energy and screensavers are now always looking for libXdpms which is not
always in existence. This is a change from 1_92 which makes the compile
fail on a machine with XFree 4. I seem to remember that without this lib
it would fail on a XFree 3 machine which is why it was added. Shouldn't
config be able to figure out if this lib exists or not?

(Manually editing the Makefile to remove the -lXdpms is probably not the
correct solution.)
