Think so, too. A developer may think of a kicker-_button_ but from the
UPOV I guess LMB moving is best. The user might already have realized he
can drag the panel itself with LMB, why shouldn't he be able to move/drag
also the items on it around? At least the panel is designed to be highly
configurable since that's it's main point IMHO. So, "easy" dragging 
should be possible, too (and IMHO moving==dragging on the panel).
