hmm, kicker seems to be the only app using MMB for moving something. Why
does it need this exception?
Granted, moving the buttons with LMB could cause unwanted moves when
clicking them, but the handles? They look similar to those of KToolBar, so
IMHO they should behave so as well.

PS: IMHO the until-now unusable button for kpager looks a bit out of place
- why not simply offer a context-menu on the minipager to launch kpager?
That could also be used to change the number of virtual desktops or their
names.
