Hi!

By using QString we've got a powerful tool for string
handling, but AFAIK there are no general rules available
when to use utf8, latin1, local8bit, ascii,...
Form time to time I see Hans Petter Bieker changing code
because of problems with strings.

Is there any guideline which clarifies those things?
Like: Screen: i18n(Unicode)
      XML: utf8
      filenames: ?
      ...
