Login from a non-KDE box is a little more work: you'll have to start a DCOP
server on the remote side, run kded --check, and then start the app. No
need for DCOP forwarding here as the DCOP server is local to the remote
app. (+ the usual X authentication)

Login to a non-KDE box is rather simple: install kdesu_stub in the path.
It's one .c file and it should compile everywhere.

Login from a KDE to a KDE box requires no special action as the stub is
already installed.
