Subject: BIG CHANGE: loadApplicationIcon -> loadIcon

Okay, now that loadApplicationIcon is a kind of the end-all icon
loader, it makes sense to name it 'loadIcon'. The current loadIcon
loads only toolbar icons...
So, I'm in the processing of doing this:
1) Converting all 'loadApplicationIcon' references to 'loadIcon'
2) Converting all current 'loadIcon' references to 'BarIcon'
I will do this for kdelibs, kdebase, kdeutils, kdenetwork, kdeadmin,
and maybe some others.
I'll also update KDE2PORTING
Two questions:
1) Should I keep a loadApplicationIcon method with a #warning that
it's depreceated? Or should I just make a hard break?
2) Since we have 'BarIcon', would it make sense to have a 'Icon'?
I'll commit the changes tomorrow if all goes as planned.
