We are working on a standard for these kind of things but it will take at 
least two weeks before we can reach agreement. I would love to get some
feedback on our style guide from Corel btw.

I don't see a reason why kghostview should be MDI. It could just be an
SDI application IMHO. (We did agree that SDI is preferred over MDI)
