Subject:    Changes to DialogBase and KAboutDialog

Hello,

I changed all parameters in DialogBase and KAboutDialog from const char* to
const QString& (except in the constructor, of course).
I added kaboutdialogtest.cpp to kdelibs/kdetest, with two image files that show
the features of the classes. 

While testing it with KDE 2, I recognized the following:
° kimgio does not read jpegs by default. Is this wanted?

° the root window manager does not use the root window. It appears as a window
managed by kwm. I have seen this behaviour in Kaiserslautern, but thought it
was fixed there?
