KDE-accessibility is very unloved lately.  I've taken on kttsd to get it 
running better and wrap it around speech-dispatcher as per Gary Cramblitt's 
design from akademy 2005, but most of the other apps could definitely use some 
looks at/testing, etc.  Also, the website is very very very outdated, not sure 
if it's in svn or not...
