While on it; is it possible to move the polkit-includes from the *.h to the 
*.cpp files to be later able to provide e.g. a dummy-backend that just 
allows everything?

A year ago or so I added the second item to 
http://techbase.kde.org/Projects/SystemSettings#TODO and to move 
implementation-details, like polkit-internals, out of the public API of 
polkit-qt would solve it rather easy ;)
