we're trying to finish this week the polkit lib to allow
qt/kde application to start using polkit, as soon as this is
finished we'll dive into docs and techbase pages, sorry
if this entered extragear incomplete.

Really late reply, but for some reason, I run into PolicyKit-KDE in
extragear and it has no documentation included with it. Thisbreaks the
rules that allow an application to be in kde* main modules or extragear:
"Whatever you choose, there are some rules to follow before you are
allowed to move to either location:
- There should be user documentation in docbook format. If you need
help, you can ask for help to the KDE Documentation team: kde-doc-
english@kde.org."
