Really late reply, but for some reason, I run into PolicyKit-KDE in extragear and it has no documentation included with it. Thisbreaks the rules that allow an application to be in kde* main modules or extragear: "Whatever you choose, there are some rules to follow before you are allowed to move to either location: - There should be user documentation in docbook format.
