so... if it's not going in 4.0.0 which now seems the case (don't know who
has the final word) ... is there the possibility to include it in 4.0.1 or
to get it via KNS because I simply can't stand the standard cursor theme
anymore and want such a gorgeous theme like the one from Riccardo.
