I think a solution that would solve the problem without being to hacky is to 
add the sources generated from the core ontology (NAO) directly to the svn.
Further ontologies (which are in the pipeline for describing basicly all file 
metadata and more) could then for now only be installed as such (desktop file 
+ rdf/s/nrl source). Applications that want to use those ontologies would 
simply use the installed version of rcgen to create the sources at cmake 
time.
