I thought the conclusion last time around about a kdelibs coding style was that while it was \
desirable that individual files should preferably have  a consistent coding style throughout, \
there was too much disagreement on exactly what the best style is that the Qt style guide could \
not be  adopted. The new discussion seems to be based on the assumption that agreement was \
previously reached on the best style, so IIRC it's  proceeding on a false assumption. Have \
enough people changed their minds so that this resurrected proposal is now acceptable?
