I thought the conclusion last time around about a kdelibs coding style was that while it was desirable that individual files should preferably have 
a consistent coding style throughout, there was too much disagreement on exactly what the best style is that the Qt style guide could not be 
adopted. The new discussion seems to be based on the assumption that agreement was previously reached on the best style, so IIRC it's 
proceeding on a false assumption. Have enough people changed their minds so that this resurrected proposal is now acceptable?
