http://mindx.dyndns.org/kde/cvsfilter/, add cvsfilter.tar.gz for the source.
The scripts (and current subscriptions) could of coursed be moved to a KDE 
server if desired, a better design and more translations would certainly not 
harm either.
Currently about a dozen KDE developers use it.
