That's not necessary - reload still works as normal.

Well, it should, I just don't think we should be so strict about it. It's 
obvious that IE is slightly lax, and IE feels a hell of a lot smoother here 
due to that. With my patch, khtml takes a big step towards being as smooth
(and fast) as IE.
