Since the migration of CVS to kde.suse.com the CVSROOT/syncmail script is no 
longer working. I used this to send commits for atlantik to specific 
mailinglist so people interested in its development do not require the entire 
kde-cvs (saves quite some bandwidth).

Can a server admin check whether the permissions of the file are ok?
