Hi,

in the KMail documentation there are a few links to messages in the
mailing list archive, e.g.
<ulink
url="http://lists.kde.org/?l=kmail&m=99220697415300&w=2">in
this mailing list post</ulink>

But if one views the documentation in the KDE HelpCenter the link only
points to "http://lists.kde.org/". It seems meinproc doesn't like the
'?' in a URL.

Masking the '?' with '%3f' is no option (although the link is then no
longer truncated by meinproc) because then I get the following error
message in Konqueror:
Not Found
The requested URL /?l=kmail&m=99220697415300&w=2 was not found on this
server.

If I change the %3F to a ? in the Location field in Konqueror then the
URL works.

Regards,
Ingo
