But keep in mind that the authoritive information should be stored in KConfig. 
I don't want to see our KStandardDirs based config scheme ignored by the 
styles because they only know about ~/.qtconfig.

I would also like to hear back from Matthias about the plans for 
qt_set_desktop_properties.
