I have just added a dns record for news.uslinuxtraining.com and it should be
available in the next 24 hours or so. (If you can't wait try
pandmservices.com with a newsreader.)

You can connect with a newsreader to news.uslinuxtraining.com and pick up the
kde.kde-cvs.xxxx groups as read only. You can not post from there. (well you
can try, but it won't go back to the lists)

kde.kde-cvs contains all postings
kde.kde-cvs.kdelibs contains just kdelibs
kde.kde-cvs.kdebase contains kdebase
etc....

I have been filtering this way for my own purposes and just moved it to an
accessable server so there isn't much prior news in those directories. If you
need more filters please ask and I can seperate a little more.
