Why is it in the control center in the first place? Other applications don't 
have their settings in the control center... (Not that I would mind having 
them there under a "Applications" tab or anything.)

Other strange things:
*) Shouldn't there be a "Settings->Configure Konsole" option then, that popups 
up this kcontrol konsole config tab?
*) Many of these settings seem to be duplicated from konsole itself. What's 
the point of that?
