While working on kcertpart, I have noticed a problem with mimetypes and
kparts. Now perhaps there is a way around it, but I have yet to find it. It
goes like this:

On a webpage in konqueror, I click on a file that is
application/x-x509-ca-cert. Konqueror loads my part correctly, but it seems
to save the file to a different filename so that when I try to get the
mimetype of the filename, it returns application/octet-stream. This works
fine if I use konqueror in file browsing mode though. There is no mime magic
for this filetype so I have to depend on the filename.

One other thing: Is it possible for us to try to guess at text/plain files
we get via web pages (or other)? I have seen a site that has text/plain for
a .pem file. This makes it hard for us to shuffle that file over to the
proper handler. I tihnk I can make a somewhat reliable .pem magic entry, but
I still fear that it will interfere with saved email files or other files
that include PEM encodings.
