crop to selection implemented, select all and select none implemented,
many improvements channelview widget, when importing an image layer is now
set to same size as the image and has the same name as the file, when adding
a new layer NewLayerDialog is now used to set desired size, renamed fill
tool class, renamed some action groups, when pasting from clipboard you
can now move the clip image around and even paint with it like a brush,
paste is now a real tool and has been move to "tools" group.
