To me it's irrelevant if you use dark or grey sliders/scrollbars. 
That's just a matter of taste.
I personally would prefer dark ones but the main-point is 
that the current arrowbuttons

- look inconsistent with the other widgets and the other existing
  arrowbuttons on other widgets
- lack contrast
- show fat black bad designed arrows

This is my main-concern.
Everything else looks acceptable to me (without feeling good though).

 I would prefer something else as long as the quality of the design is 
comparable to that of the Windows-buttons. The current solution concerning 
the arrow-buttons looks very unprofessionell. I would work day and night to 
find a better solutions as THIS is not acceptable.

yes -- unfortunately you did neither copy them properly nor did you 
do a design of comparable quality.
