SVN commit 1181430 by smartins:

Here's the header for AkonadiCalendar. A class that really derives from KCalCore::Calendar.

This will allow to:

- Get rid of CalendarSupport::Calendar and CalendarSupport::CalendarAdaptor.

- Make it easy to setup a Calendar, currently you have to setup proxy models
and code some 20 lines of code just to have a usable CalendarSupport::Calendar.

- Make it easy to use the KCalCore library, where some functions take Calendar as parameters.
The current hack is to use CalendarAdaptor, which has a huge amount of copy-pasted/duplicated
code.

- See if KCalCore::Calendar has the necessary methods and signals before the freeze.

Part of kolab/issue4005 fwd port (getting rid of CalendarResources).
