A note for all git-svn users:

To avoid the above crap, use dcommit --find-copies-harder. By default, git 
searches for the source of a code copy in the files that were changed in the 
same changeset. In this case, the source files were 
{gqpgme,}changeexpiryjob.h, both untouched by the commit, and git found the 
licence header to be sufficiently similar for the .cpp file to be detected as 
a source of the copy.

In Git, this doesn't really matter, as this information is only really 
interesting for diffs (incl. logs), but when committing back to SVN, the 
error is permanently exposed, so one should be extra careful about this.
