So does Mac OS X (the menu bar can have icon decorators, and I seem to
recall that Qt's task tray API handles them) but neither have KWM
implementations, and the KWM API is pretty NET:: specific still.
The KWM::icon and KWM::activateWindow bits were the code that actually
needed #ifdef, it just seemed like there wasn't much point after
removing them... Rather than comment out only the KWM:: bits which
still make that method useless, I commented out the whole method. ;)

Certainly the case on OSX, can't say for Windows...
