* This makes cover-fetching/musicbrainz from the context browser work if there is no \
album for the track, KHTML was truncating the excess whitespace, which broke our \
                escaping mechanism
* Also this fixes musicbrainz lookup from contextB
* I moved the musicbrainz icon out of the header
* Yes, it's true. I am on fire today.
