It was done in code, some time ago, see the reference in the commit log. 
This is only the reflection of that change, propagated to the .pot file.

It would be a good idea to run it once indeed, to update the .po files accordingly,
but please wait, we found another such problem (new string in libkcal.pot due
to incidenceformatter.cpp being moved there, hmm, from korganizer I guess?).
