What does this change means?

If you want to change one string, then please do it in code (and do not forget 
to CCMAIL kde-i18n-doc@kde.org )

Anyway Scripty is currently not running on KDE_3_3_BRANCH, so any change in 
a .pot file will not be propagated to the corresponding .po files.

(If it is urgent, I can let Scripty process KDE 3.3.x again from tomorrow 
night on, but better not tonight.)
