"they" as in whoever has not added it.  but in all fairness, we are the
first desktop project to run and edit .js files from the desktop.  Before
kjsembed this was a moot point, save for editing the file.

should i wait until Thomas gives his 2c on the format.  Since ideally this
should work for .js applets across the board.

If this is cool, ill add the above as a mime type, with the added line of
"X-KDE-IsAlso=text/plain" so this will work in KDE text editors.
