I just checked and freedesktop's shared-mime-info-0.14 doesn't have \
application/x-javascript nor anything else for *.js files.
Thomas, can you add it?

What we have right now looks like this, but feel free to adapt to the \
shared-mime-info standards/naming convention etc.

MimeType=application/x-javascript
Icon=Script
Patterns=*.js;
Comment=JavaScript File
