What about Mozilla, Netscape, Sylpheed, etc. etc.? No, I don't know 
whether they all use mbox. But many users also won't know this. IMO a 
better solution would be something like aliases for filters and not one 
description that lists all mail clients that use mbox.

BTW, shouldn't "Files" be "files"? And "Unix, Evolution" makes no sense. 
It could be "(Unix mail clients like Evolution, etc.)".
